The NYCPS P4CE Committee (Psychiatrists for Community Empowerment) invites you to join us for an outdoor Wellness & Self-Care Fair as we engage with the community to decrease the stigma of accessing mental health care. We will have a booth to answer questions, share resources, and support the HOPE Center of Harlem, a community-based mental health center.

The HOPE Center is taking over West 119th Street to host a day of activities, fun, and zen. Outdoor activities include meditation, yoga for both adults and kids, NYC Park & Rec, and a gaming bus. Indoors, the Dream Center will feature journaling, a zen room, listening sessions, and so much more!

Light food and snacks will be provided.
