Get your questions answered on the new Medicare documentation requirements! Rachel A. Fernbach, Esq., will recap the two-series webinar conducted by NYSPA in late 2020 and help walk you through the 2021 changes. The presentation will include a Q&A after a brief review of the following: 

• Changes to documentation and reimbursement for outpatient office visits (99202-99205 and 99212-99215)
• REVISED NYSPA documentation templates for 2021

In addition, NYSPA has revised its documentation templates in accordance with the new guidelines. All members will receive free access to the new templates, which are available in Microsoft Word® or fill-in format.
