A PRMS Risk Management Webinar

What Would You Do?

This course is an interactive audience response lecture allowing you to engage with a risk management specialist to discuss real-life scenarios based on actual calls received by the PRMS risk management helpline. How would you deal with a subpoena for patient records “so ordered” by a judge, a non-adherent patient, a negative online review?

Charles D. Cash, JD, LLM – Planner, Content Developer, Speaker. Mr. Cash has no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies to disclose.

At the conclusion of this program, learners will be able to:

  • Describe the most frequent types of risk management concerns of practicing psychiatrists.
  • Synthesize clinical, risk management, and legal approaches in dealing with complex patient scenarios.
